Mr. Chia-Wen Chen is a current PhD. student in Assessment Research Centre. He
majors in Psychometrics, Item Response Theory, and Computerized Adaptive
Testing. His publication mainly develops the measurement models and the
methods to estimate the reliability and validity precisely in the questionnaires. He
have worked with Prof. Hallinger on the reliability and cross-cultural validation
studies for Principal Instructional Management Rating Scale.
