The 2nd 'School Leadership across the GBA' Forum -
Innovative Leadership for STEAM Education

Following the inaugural GBA Forum in November 2022, the second “School Leadership across the GBA” forum is to be held on March 22nd in Shenzhen, China.

This time, the forum will take place in Shenzhen to promote the mutual understanding of educational colleagues in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. The forum is jointly organised by The Joseph Lau Luen Hung Charitable Trust Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change (APCLC), the Department of Education Policy and Leadership (EPL) of The Education University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen Nanshan Bureau of Education, and Guangzhou Tianhe Bureau of Education.

The forum will comprise two keynote sessions for scholars, school principals and leaders from Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou to share their insights, practices and future development strategies on STEAM education and innovative leadership. In addition, the second issue of “Trading Places,” edited by APCLC and composed by school leaders in the Greater Bay Area, will also be released at the forum.

There will also be a half-day Shenzhen school visit, allowing participants to have an in-depth understanding of the status quo and the latest trends in STEAM education in Shenzhen.
