APCLC Directors won EDB Commissioned Programme on Leadership Enhancement for Serving Vice-Principals 2021-2022 APCLC Associate Director Dr Lu Jiafang and APCLC Directors Prof Allan Walker and Dr Qian Haiyan won EDB Commissioned Programme on Leadership Enhancement for Serving Vice-Principals 2021-2022. Together with the school principals, vice-principals play an essential role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring school development work in various areas for the benefit of students. To groom vice-principals to be future leaders of the profession, there is a need to broaden their leadership perspective by bringing them from within the school context to the realm of other professions. The Programme for Leadership Enhancement for Serving Vice-Principals 2021-2022 will enable vice-principals to possess a global leadership perspective beyond the school context.
