Service Leadership 3Cs for Entrepreneurial Teacher Leaders: August Workshops

The Joseph Lau Luen Hung Charitable Trust Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change (APCLC) hosted two full-day online workshops in August. Over 30 principals and teacher leaders from 18 local primary and secondary schools participated in the workshops.

In the workshops, Dr Maxwell Ho shared how to analyse the features of schools, and how to prepare strategic plans. Dr Darren Bryant led discussions related to the role of middle leaders. Dr Lu Jiafang furthered the discussion with common obstacles leaders faced in group project and meetings, and solutions to overcome the obstacles. The workshops equipped teacher leaders with skills in identifying challenges and opportunities of their schools and formulate strategic plans to address their challenges.

The workshops are part of the Service Leadership 3Cs for Entrepreneurial Teacher Leaders project, an APCLC donation project designed to train school leaders to develop and accomplish entrepreneurial initiatives at schools.
