APCLC Associate Director Gives Invited Presentations and Professional Development Workshops at University of Groningen, Netherlands Dr James Ko, APCLC Associate Director and EdUHK Assistant Professor, is invited by the University of Groningen to give presentations and professional development workshops to leaders and academics at University of Groningen, Netherlands in May 2019. Dr Ko and his international counterparts from Netherlands and South Korea’s presentations and workshops will discuss their research findings on inspiring and effective teaching. They will also talk about how we can make use of the International Comparative Analysis of Learning and Teaching (ICALT) as an observation instrument to assess teaching behavior. Besides, they will also illuminate the lessons learned from the Ofsted’s international seminar of classroom observation and how the ICALT app can enable effective class observation, wise feedback and eventually better student learning. |
