About the Forum:
Many governments nowadays provide basic education in partnership with third parties whether they be educational businesses, charities or others, from early childhood education through senior high schooling. While the partnership is expected to raise quality of education, it often generates issues including equity. In this interactive forum, cases from three countries, South Korea, Australia and Hong Kong will be presented, and some issues will be raised. Possible solutions to the issues will be collectively explored.
