On November 17, 2017, we celebrated the graduation of 12 participants of the Executive Master of Arts in International Educational Leadership and Change (IELC) at EdUHK’s 23nd Congregation. Our graduates this year consisted of practicing and aspiring educational leaders from Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, Lebanon, United States, United Kingdom and New Zealand. Half of these graduates work in Hong Kong, and the remainder in places as varied as The Netherlands, Bahrain, The UK, and Thailand.

IELC, a part-time online-delivery programme, features innovative pedagogies that enable participants to exchange and develop international perspectives while maintaining full-time employment. IELC is an International Baccalaureate (IB) authorized programme. Participants who complete the ILEC are eligible for the IB Certificate in Leadership Practice and IB Advanced Certificate in Leadership Research.
