About the Conference

 
Theme

To promote academic exchanges in Teaching Chinese as an International Language (TCIL) in the Asia-Pacific region and foster the sustainable development of TCIL, the Education University of Hong Kong, together with Monash University and Ewha Womans University, will host the 14th International Conference of the Asia-Pacific Consortium of Teaching Chinese as an International Language (APC-TCIL14). The theme of the conference is "Humanistic Care, Inheritance, and Innovation", with a focus on the diversification of TCIL learners and new challenges brought by the changes in teaching modes of TCIL in the post-pandemic era.
