1. All transactions are handled on a first come, first served basis while stocks last.
2. No refund or exchange once the purchase order is confirmed.
3. EdUHK will not be liable for any issues arising out of the delivery (e.g. delay, damage, loss, etc.).
4. As regards your visit to this website, the personal data collected will be used for website browsing experience and delivery of goods and services and will serve the following purposes:
a. processing your purchase order; and
b. your name, contact number and address may be passed to courier company for delivery of purchase orders.
5. The data provided by you will be treated and kept strictly confidential, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. The data collected from you will be used for administration, alumni affairs, fundraising and other related purposes by our office, and may be shared with internal departments and constituent units of EdUHK. The data collected from you may also be transferred to parties outside EdUHK to process your purchase order (including but not limited to order delivery), and when it is required by law.
