This area of focus aims to provide participants with a platform for professional enhancement in the development of interdisciplinary curriculum in general and the new Liberal Studies curriculum in particular.

  • Introduce the concepts, theories and research that are related to the subject area.
  • Emphasis on the application of such theoretical constructs in the enhancement of their pedagogical knowledge and skills for conducting interdisciplinary issues-based inquiry, fostering perspective consciousness and developing school-based curriculum
