The Department of Education Policy and Leadership (EPL) strives to be the first place that local and regional educators think of when it comes to scholarship and service in school leadership, education policy and professional development.

Mission

• To conduct high quality research that has tangible impact on policy, practice, and professional learning locally, regionally, and internationally.
• To prepare successful education professionals for schools and other educational or training organizations.
• To inform and shape policy discourse for the purpose of improving education locally, regionally, and internationally.
