Module Code 單元編號 LIN3026 Module Title 單元名稱 ADVANCED FRENCH Module Synopsis 單元概要 This course aims at enhancing students’ proficiency in French, both in oral and written communication, through authentic materials such as newspapers, magazines, and movies. By the end of the course, the students will be able to meet the requirements for the B2/C1 of the CEFR. Students will be able to: • understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in their field of specialization; • interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party; and • produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
