APCLC Research Fellow Dr. Elson Szeto won Public Policy Research (PPR) Grant

APCLC Research Fellow Dr. Elson Szeto won Public Policy Research (PPR) Grant, funded by Policy Innovation and Coordination Office (PICO), the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The research grant is for a study entitled "Career and Life Planning for Hong Kong Youth Development: Challenges and Opportunities”. It aims to investigate the values and effects of expanded CLP education on young people in terms of career aspiration, identity and development through multiple planning pathways in senior secondary education. Stakeholders, including school leaders, career guidance teachers, core subject teachers and students, have experienced the beneficial effects of implementing this policy on the lives and career development of young people at the stage of senior secondary education.
