BECOMING A GLOBAL LEADER IN THE CHANGING CONTEXT
for Seoul Global High School, Korea


Representatives from the Seoul Global High School (SGHS) which aims to nurture global citizens and leaders paid a special visit to EdUHK on September 18, 2017. 140 students along with 10 teachers attended a learning workshop organised by Dr. Choi Tae Hee of the Department of Education Policy and Leadership (EPL) and The Joseph Lau Luen Hung Charitable Trust Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change (APCLC) and sponsored by the APCLC and EPL at the EdUHK. Dr. Darren Bryant, Associate Director of APCLC and the Acting Head of the EPL opened the half-day workshop. Dr. Choi Tae Hee led the workshop on how youths can prepare to become global leaders in the continuously changing, transnational world. With experience sharing, self-reflective activities and peer discussion, the seminar aims to help participants take the first step to become a leading global citizen.
