APCLC Research Fellow Dr Qian Haiyan won research grant from Research Grants Council’s General Research Fund Scheme for 2017/18 Dr QIAN Haiyan, Research Fellow of the Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change and Associate Professor of Faculty of Education and Human Development, received a General Research Fund (GRF) grant from the Research Grants Council (HK). The research grant is entitled: “Promoting Teacher Learning and Improving Instruction: What is the Role of Cross-school Instructional Leadership?”.
