Globalization and Leadership
Study Tour by Students from Seoul Global High School, Korea


Representatives from the Seoul Global High School (SGHS) which aims to nurture global citizens and leaders recently paid a special visit to EdUHK. 115 students along with 10 teachers, attended a lecture and a workshop organised by Dr. Choi Tae Hee of the Department of Education Policy and Leadership (EPL) and sponsored by the EPL, the Joseph Lau Luen Hung Charitable Trust Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change, as well as the FEHD. Professor Bob Adamson, Chair Professor and the UNESCO Chair of TVET and Lifelong Learning discussed how to successfully navigate this globalized world as a global citizen. Dr. Choi Tae Hee then led a workshop on developing global leadership with the assistance of 25 volunteer discussants from Bachelor of Education, Master of Teaching and PhD programmes of the EdUHK. The successful event will further raise the visibility of the EduHK as an international educational hub.
