Leadership & Management Learning
with Law Ting Pong Secondary School
Over five sessions, Dr. Darren Bryant, Associate Director of APCLC, and two facilitators of Senior Management of Law Ting Pong Secondary School will engage 15 middle leaders in leadership development activities. Through the programme, the participants will work with the teams that they lead in school to implement a significant change in their respective areas of responsibility. The sessions will provide practical support in planning and implementing the change by developing participants’ understanding of team dynamics, learning-focused leadership, and capacity building.
