Leader Learning Seminar on ‘Facing the Change’ for Leaders of Christian & Missionary Alliance Church Union HK On Friday, 8th July 2016, Dr Lu Jiafang, Associate Director of the APCLC and Associate Professor of Department of Education Policy and Leadership, EdUHK, conducted a leader learning seminar on Facing the Change for all kindergarten principals and their supervisor of Christian & Missionary Alliance Church Union HK. During the seminar, participants engaged with Dr Lu who presented simulations and strategies in facing changes informed by research in successful school leadership and school improvement. The seminar allowed participants to recount and consolidate approaches to manage school in time of change. |
