About the Seminar: Different societies strive to enhance their education as it is considered to be tool to raise their competitiveness. This seminar looks into two "success cases". Seoul and Shanghai. Are their practices keeping up with their successful image? Exploring the education of migrant children in Shanghai and practice of outsourcing of public education in Seoul through analysis of policy documents, and case studies, the seminar aims to provide insight into the complexity of ensuring quality education for all. |
